MEmu is an Android emulator specialized in video games, thanks to which we can enjoy any of the many exclusive titles for mobile phones or tablets, directly from our computer. No complicated settings, no hassle when setting up the controls, all geared towards install and play.
Installing Android video games on other Android emulators can be a relatively complicated process. However, in MEmu all we have to do is click on the ‘apk’ icon located on the right of the interface, select the APK of the game we want to install, and wait a few seconds. We will immediately have the game in question installed and ready to go. Clash of Clans, Subway Surfers, Minion Rush, Geometry Dash … we can play any of them on PC.
But it’s not just installing games that is easy with MEmu. Normally the controls are perfectly configured, so that we can play any video game with a keyboard or mouse, as is more convenient. Now, in the event that we do not like the control system of a game, we will only have to change it using the appropriate option on the interface. And it’s very, very easy. We can even use an Xbox 360 controller or similar.
MEmu is an exceptional Android emulator, thanks to which we can access the entire catalog of this operating system from our PC. We are talking about thousands and thousands of games, all free, that we can enjoy on the computer screen. And best of all, we don’t even need to have a particularly powerful team for the games to run very smoothly.
First of all, let’s clarify. The emulator built into Android Studio or virtual machine managers like VirtualBox allow you to launch instances of higher versions of Android, but the results when running applications are often more than questionable. MEmu has been one of the first Android emulators designed to run video games that has made the leap to 5.1 Lollipop, allowing to run those that require this version to work.
