Open Hardware Monitor is a free and open source program that will allow us to monitor the temperature of our computer’s sensors, as well as the speed of the fans, the CPU clock frequency, or the voltages. All this through a very simple interface.
We will not need to install Open Hardware Monitor to be able to use it, but we will be able to activate an option to run when Windows starts. Within the options tab we can also change the unit to measure the temperature or the recording interval of the sensors. Also, if we want to change the name of any component, we will only have to right-click on it and we will be able to edit it comfortably.
Open Hardware Monitor is a very useful program thanks to which we can control the performance of our computer in a very simple way. Temperature, fan speed, frequency … all this information will be at our fingertips.
